Nettle Creek Highlands will be the future home of our Scottish Highland cattle here at Frost Family Estates.
These remarkable animals are known for their hardiness, calm temperament, and heritage beauty. Before the first cattle arrive, we are preparing the land — clearing pasture, building fencing, and establishing the fields that will support the herd for generations, while ensuring that Nettle Creek itself remains undisturbed.
In the coming years Nettle Creek Highlands will grow into a small heritage breeding program, while also offering opportunities for photography and visitors to experience these iconic animals up close.

Scottish Highland cattle are one of the oldest registered cattle breeds in the world, known for their resilience, gentle disposition, and ability to thrive on pasture.

Our pastures are managed carefully to protect the surrounding ecosystem, including Nettle Creek, which runs along the edge of the property and remains outside the grazing areas.
