A Market That Grew From the Land

What began with a few garden rows and backyard harvests slowly grew into something more.

Friends would stop by to trade tomatoes for honey, eggs for fresh bread, or simply share what the season had brought in.

Before long it felt natural to create a small place where those harvests could be shared with others.

The Hickory Grove Farm Market is our way of keeping that tradition alive — a place where local food, local families, and the rhythm of the seasons all come together.

The market has especially become a labor of love for Mechele, who has quietly shaped it into a place where neighbors, families, and the harvest of the land can be shared.
